Qualifications

• Associate degree in aerospace or electronics or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong understanding of electronics diagnostic instruments and lab equipment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to the component level to support product reliability and repair.
• Log, interpret, and analyze test data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Set up, calibrate, and validate test systems for accuracy and repeatability.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process improvements and enhance throughput.
