Job summary

RiseMe in Huntsville, AL is seeking a skilled Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

You will use testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes to troubleshoot at component level, document rework, and collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to drive quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Reading Comprehension: ability to read, comprehend and execute work instructions.
• Soldering capabilities through through-hole and surface mount components.
• Verbal communication: effectively communicate information to others.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot production failures to component level using schematics and test equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, and custom test equipment.
• Perform rework including solder touchup and component replacement to meet requirements.
• Document rework performed in the tracking system.
• Communicate issues/trends with production, engineering, and quality departments as needed.
• All other duties as assigned by management to ensure company success.
