Job summary

Technology Service Corporation seeks a Lead Electronics Technician in Huntsville, AL to support our production division. The role involves troubleshooting electronics down to the component level for RF and digital systems, and restoring units to full functionality.

The position requires an associate degree in electronics or aerospace (or a Bachelor's in Engineering), and eligibility for a security clearance.

Qualifications

Associate degree related to aerospace or electronics or a Bachelor's in Engineering.
6+ years production/assembly experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to the component level to support product reliability and repair, diagnosing issues in RF and digital systems and restoring failed units to full functionality.
Accurately log, interpret, and analyze test data to identify trends, collaborating with peers to drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Set up, calibrate, and validate test systems to ensure accuracy and repeatability, clearly presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process enhancements, while communicating proactively with management and team members to align on goals and improve throughput.
Adapt effectively within a dynamic manufacturing environment, responding to shifting priorities and production demands.
