Job summary

TSC in Huntsville, AL seeks a Lead Electronics Technician to support our production division by diagnosing and repairing complex electronic assemblies, including RF and digital systems. You will log and analyze test data, collaborate with engineering on improvements, and lead test setups to ensure accuracy and repeatability.

Ideal candidates have a solid electronics diagnostics background, ability to mentor junior technicians, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associate degree in aerospace/electronics with 6+ years in production/assembly, or a B.E. degree.
• Strong understanding of electronics diagnostic instruments and lab equipment.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance; able to lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies to component level to support reliability and repair.
• Log, interpret, and analyze test data to identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with peers, Tech Leads and Engineering to implement process enhancements.
• Set up, calibrate, and validate test systems; present findings to stakeholders.
• Adapt to dynamic manufacturing environment and shifting production demands.
