Job summary

ASML seeks a Senior Electronics Connectivity Design Engineer to lead electrical connectivity architectures for EUV source and lithography systems. You will drive PCBAs, cabling, interconnects, racks, and subsystem interfaces with emphasis on EMC, signal integrity and reliability.

You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and guide implementation; mentor junior engineers and support suppliers through the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in electronic hardware development.
• Minimum of 5 years designing PCBA and electronic modules for demanding applications (industrial/semiconductor/aerospace/medical/automotive).
• Demonstrated experience with electrical connectivity solutions (cables, harnesses, racks, interconnects).
• Experience with schematic capture and hardware design tools (Capital, XPedition, Altium is preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of electrical connectivity architectures for PCBs, cables, harnesses and interconnects.
• Define module specifications and maintain hardware requirements and validation plans.
• Design, review and qualify PCBA for control, monitoring and communication applications.
• Drive EMC/EMI compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle with reviews and testing.
• Collaborate with system architects, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and transfer knowledge to manufacturing and service teams.
