Job summary

A successful Lead Technician can work with minimal supervision, provide daily updates, and train replacements to advance into project management. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems such as Lenel or Genetec.
• Thorough understanding of electronic security systems and onsite installation labor.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to be creative and resourceful in solving uncommon applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling and communicate updates.
• Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications.
• Coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
