Job summary

i2G Systems seeks a Lead Technician to oversee site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients. You will coordinate with internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success, read specifications, perform installations and trainings, and drive final acceptance.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general access control systems; Lenel/Genetec knowledge preferred.
• Thorough understanding of electronic security systems and onsite labor for installation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications.
• Coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand specifications, drawings, and controlling documents; maintain documentation.
• Perform installation and training on control systems as required.
• Troubleshoot and maintain control systems for customers.
• Document and communicate project changes and implement them.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
