The role requires hands-on equipment knowledge, the ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays, and effective communication with teams to minimize downtime and maintain GMP standards.

• GMP awareness and hygienic practices to protect product integrity.
• Lean principles (5S, TPM) and root-cause analysis understood or applied.
