Responsibilities

• Maintain Factory Equipment and execute preventative and predictive maintenance plans.
• Work in process areas, packaging equipment, and material handling gear.
• Maintain power distribution up to 480 volts and basic control systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC I/O, drives, sensors, and electrical circuits.
• Understand drawings and operate CMMS (SAP-AMM) for documentation.
• Coach operators, support changeovers, and drive reliability improvements.
• Review and optimize maintenance plans to improve line performance.
