Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Monroe, LA seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to support daily production and lead maintenance activities. You will troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, maintain PLC code for AB and Siemens equipment, and tune servo drives.

The role requires strong safety practices and the ability to operate independently on complex projects. You will work with a team to install upgrades, read blueprints, and ensure equipment reliability while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Eight years minimum experience in industrial maintenance with electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with blown film manufacturing and converting equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Manager in daily maintenance activities and train staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems on production equipment.
• Maintain PLC programs; modify code for AB and Siemens hardware.
• Set up and tune servo drives; work with Rexroth/Bosch systems where relevant.
• Provide 24/7 technical support for production teams.
• Uphold safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
