Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to support daily electrical and mechanical work on production equipment. The role includes troubleshooting PLCs (AB/Siemens), upgrading controls, and guiding junior staff while covering for the Technical Manager as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 8+ years in industrial maintenance, and an associate degree or journeyman certification in Electrical/Electronics tech.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree/certifications preferred.
• Eight years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Journeyman certification preferred and strong PLC/electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade electrical, electronic and mechanical systems on production equipment.
• Lead maintenance activities and provide direction to others; substitute for supervisor as needed.
• Assist in safety, quality and housekeeping; maintain schematics and blueprints.
• Coordinate with contractors for installation and upgrades; perform troubleshooting to root cause.
