Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Electrician Lead to guide electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across maintenance, production, and facility projects at our Arvin, CA location. You will lead teams, coordinate resources, and ensure safety and compliance with NEC/NFPA 70E standards.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and directing complex electrical work, mentoring electricians, and coordinating with engineering and operations to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Progressively responsible industrial electrical experience, 6+ years, including lead roles.
• Advanced troubleshooting of electrical, motor-control, PLC, instrumentation, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, shutdowns, and troubleshooting across multiple departments.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and coordination of installations, maintenance, and projects.
• Provide guidance and hands-on coaching to electricians and maintenance staff.
