Job summary

BAC is seeking an Electrician to lead electrical maintenance, troubleshoot, install, and execute capital projects to support safe, reliable plant operations at our California facility.

As the technical expert, you will mentor technicians, drive continuous improvement, and ensure NEC/NFPA 70E compliance. Flexibility for shifts and occasional travel is required; CPR training must be completed within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Master Electrician License required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum industrial electrical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance activities and capital projects.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical systems and PLCs.
• Design, install, and document electrical equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
