• Serve as the technical authority in electrical systems, providing guidance and troubleshooting support during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage daily jobsite planning, task allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, local code compliance, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and project management teams to resolve onsite challenges and maintain schedule integrity.
• Evaluate and guide contractor performance, enforcing discipline and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, issues, and material usage.

Requirements
