Job summary

Canyon State Electric Co. is seeking a Leadman Electrician to oversee and coordinate electricians on multifaceted projects across Arizona. You will interpret blueprints, supervise installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and NEC compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in commercial construction as an electrician.
2+ years' experience as a leadman electrician preferred.
Experience on data center and high-rise projects preferred.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Daily on-site attendance required.
Thorough understanding of NEC and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians on various projects.
Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
Interpret blueprints and specifications.
Supervise installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and NEC.
Perform hands-on electrical work and troubleshoot issues.
Provide guidance and training to team members.
Manage materials and prepare reports.
Communicate with other trades and stakeholders.
