Job summary

Canyon State Electric is seeking a full-time General Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee electricians at construction sites in Arizona. The ideal candidate will lead with a strong safety mindset and organized approach to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include planning labor and materials, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with NFPA 70 and current electrical codes. This role is outdoors and involves coordinating large-scale electrical installations for data centers,

Qualifications

• Solid leadership and field supervision experience.
• Strong ability to read plans, submittals and specs.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field production activities to ensure top quality workmanship and team morale.
• Plan and manage labor, materials and production on electrical construction projects.
• Create material buy-out before job start and plan 3 weeks of work.
• Complete as-built drawings and order materials weekly.
• Submit daily reports and document incidents.
• Manage Close-Out processes and project budget control.
• Communicate with PM team and customer/General Contractor.
• Draft RFIs and submit to PM team.
• Enforce HR and safety policies; perform disciplinary actions as needed.
• Enter and approve timecards for the crew.
