MP Systems Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to execute electrical construction projects safely and profitably. You will oversee safety, customer satisfaction, and sales growth while managing project accounts and resources.

You will develop customer relationships, prospect new business, and drive continuous improvement across branches. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, etc.), or related OR significant relevant work background.
• 5+ years prior experience, preferably in the electrical construction field.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, execute and deliver all projects on time, on budget and within scope.
• Drive project management artifacts: charters, plans, resource plans.
• Coordinate with leaders for prioritization and resourcing.
• Forecast weekly goals and analyze factors affecting results.
• Share manpower and tools across branches and departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers; pursue new business.
