This role ensures safety, quality workmanship, and adherence to schedule and budget, coordinating between field crews, subcontractors, and project management. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising electrical field work on commercial/industrial projects.
• Journeyman license required; reciprocity eligible where applicable.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical schematics.
• Proactive safety mindset and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians, foremen, and subcontractors on job sites.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specs, and electrical codes.
• Monitor safety procedures per OSHA and company guidelines.
• Interpret blueprints and guide installations; resolve discrepancies.
• Schedule manpower and coordinate daily work to meet timelines.
• Oversee material ordering and inventory at sites.
• Participate in job walks, pre-construction and daily planning meetings.
• Interface with Project Manager to track progress and budgets.
• Maintain daily logs, inspections, and change orders.
• Provide training and mentorship to crews.
