Job summary

Boys Electrical Contractors in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Superintendent to lead commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish. Qualifications

• At least five years of experience leading commercial electrical construction projects.
• Experience supervising multiple crews on medium to large commercial projects.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical plans.
• Experience planning work, coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Experience with commercial electrical installations, including underground, rough‑in, trim‑out, equipment installation, and electrical systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience using common commercial electrical tools and equipment; Procore, Bluebeam, MS Outlook, MS Office.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform the physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Foremen and field crews.
• Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Read blueprints, lay out work, and solve field issues.
• Work with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades to keep projects moving.
• Make sure work meets the National Electrical Code (NEC), project specifications, and company quality standards.
• Promote a safe jobsite by following and enforcing company safety policies.
• Keep daily reports, production updates, and project documentation current.
• Help with hands‑on electrical work when needed.
