Job summary

Finish Line Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations and supervise installation of complex electrical systems on mission-critical construction projects. The role requires strong leadership and deep electrical construction knowledge on large commercial or industrial projects.

You will oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, coordinate field crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience supervising large commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent or Foreman preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and jobsite coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large‑scale electrical construction projects
• Manage electricians, foremen, and subcontractors
• Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, and other trades
• Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with company and site standards
• Oversee installation of conduit, cable tray, busway, and power distribution systems
• Maintain project schedule, productivity, and quality standards
• Participate in coordination meetings and construction planning
• Support commissioning, testing, and final project turnover
