Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution and ensure safe, high-quality project delivery on an industrial construction project.

You will work with direct-hire supervision, subcontractors, field engineering, and construction management to align drawings, schedules, and safety standards while driving productivity and cost control. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• Preferred candidates have an engineering or construction management background.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager in safety, quality, and performance programs.
• Monitor construction activities against schedule milestones and progress.
• Coordinate with craft teams, subcontractors, and field engineering to resolve issues.
• Track productivity, progress, and cost and report to leaders.
• Develop look-ahead schedules and corrective action plans.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and resources align with scheduled work.
• Oversee work packages and equipment installation within scope.
