Job summary

BLS Electrical Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee daily site operations, read blueprints, direct a crew of electricians, manage tools and materials, and ensure safety and on-time project completion.

You will supervise, troubleshoot, and coordinate schedules, ensure compliance with electrical codes, quality standards, and customer requirements, and report progress to project managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must possess the ability to work with hand tools.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with willingness to help.
• Ability to adapt to changes in policies, procedures and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Identify tools required for tasks.
• Identify safety risks and precautions.
• Lead crew in daily safe operations.
• Manage workloads, supplies, equipment, and reporting.
• Cut, bend and run conduit as specified on blueprints.
• Install, modify and fabricate cable tray as necessary.
