Qualifications

Electrical Superintendent Opportunity

A confidential electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for its Greensboro, NC market. This opportunity is intended for a proven electrical construction professional who can take ownership of field responsibilities while supporting safe execution, strong customer service, disciplined project controls, and profitable growth. The successful candidate will combine practical electrical construction knowledge with sound judgment, organization, communication, and leadership.

Experience

5–12+ years of electrical construction field leadership experience is preferred, depending on position level.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordinate daily electrical work with project management and trade partners.
• Plan manpower, material, equipment, access, and work sequencing.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and look-ahead schedules.
