Our client is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout North Carolina. This role provides field leadership, oversees crews, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on commercial electrical projects.
• Supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and NEC standards.
• Review drawings and specifications to maintain quality and productivity.
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain project schedules.
• Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout North Carolina.
