Job summary

Cec Companies seeks an Electrical Superintendent in Canton, MS to lead field trades on electrical construction projects. The role supervises crews, reviews estimates with the Project Manager, and ensures timely delivery of materials and manpower.

The incumbent will manage safety, coordinate with General Contractors, and oversee installation of feeders, switches, and related equipment, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Must possess skills of lower rated positions (Foreman, Journeyman, T2, H2).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all CEC field trades on an electrical construction project.
• Do working estimate and take-off with Project Manager.
• Lay out work for subcontractors and ensure material, tools, and manpower are in place.
• Establish work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Interface with General Contractor for scheduling and performance.
• Supervise install of feeders, pumps, motors, and switchgear.
• Ensure safety processes and training are followed.
