Job summary

CEC Companies seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant installation of electrical systems, feeders, panels, and related components.

You will coordinate with the General Contractor, prepare work schedules, and supervise foremen while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across the crew. Strong leadership and hands-on electrical expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret prints, specifications, and schematics.
• Possess hands-on electrical trade skills and code compliance understanding.
• Demonstrate leadership and safety enforcement on a construction site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all CEC field trades on electrical construction projects.
• Assist Project Manager with working estimates and take-offs.
• Lay out work for crews and manage material, tools, and manpower.
