Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Subsystem Engineer with IPTL experience to lead a cross-functional team on missile guidance electronics projects in an onsite role in the U.S. This position emphasizes architecture, requirements development, and integration across RF, digital, and power domains.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience with electrical hardware development, sub-systems, systems engineering, requirement development and/or requirement validation in antennas, analog RF circuit cards, digital circuit cards.
• An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience: Master’s equals 2 years, Ph.D. equals 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Guide a cross-functional team through several phases of hardware systems lifecycle.
• Architect new electronic systems and develop/document subsystem requirements and test plans.
• Mentor and lead in proposal development and supplier management.
• Collaborate with program management, customers, and suppliers across multiple programs.
