RTX is seeking a Principal Subsystem Engineer in Tucson, AZ, to lead a cross-disciplinary team in developing missile guidance electronics hardware. The role emphasizes IPTL leadership, systems engineering, and collaboration across customers, suppliers, and program leadership.

You will guide architecture, requirements and testing across multiple programs, mentoring staff while traveling as needed and working onsite in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical hardware development, subsystems, and requirements.
• Master’s/PhD may substitute years of experience.
