Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field; MS is a plus.
• 11+ years of experience required.
• 5+ years in electrical substation area a plus.
• Experience with ETAP, CDEGS, CAPE, Aspen preferred.
• Experience with MicroStation and AutoCAD preferred.
• Familiarity with NEC and NESC.
• Experience in the northeastern U.S. is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow electrical engineering services for transmission/distribution substations.
• Engage in business development and client relations.
• Manage electrical aspects of substations from initiation through closeout.
• Collaborate with multidiscipline teams and act as physical electrical client contact.
• Develop and review drawings, material lists, calculations, reports, and specifications.
• Support construction through site visits and RFI/submittal reviews.
• Monitor and manage project financial performance.
• Build and mentor the team.
