Based in any VHB office, you will work in a hybrid setup and lead integrated teams across disciplines to deliver energy projects from design through delivery. You will drive technical leadership, client relationships, and business development, while overseeing drawings, calculations, and studies and mentoring staff to support growth across the Northeast and

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS a plus.
• 8+ years experience; 5+ years in electrical substations preferred.
• Experience with ETAP, CDEGS, CAPE, Aspen, Microstation, AutoCAD; NEC/NESC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow electrical engineering services for substations.
• Engage in business development and client relations.
• Manage physical electrical aspects of substation projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and act as client-facing electrical lead.
• Develop/review drawings, diagrams, calculations, specs, and studies.
• Support construction through site visits, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor project financial performance and mentor staff.
