Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of leadership experience in an electrical engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design for tasks within a discipline using PM principles.
• Coordinate with design teams and project engineers to meet schedule, budget and quality.
• Provide design status updates and budget tracking for the discipline.
• Oversee sub-tasks and mentor design staff through the design process.
• Prepare and review plans, specs, and estimates; ensure client satisfaction.
