Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for small to mid-size projects.
• Record changes in scope and incidents impacting project scope or schedule.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and maximize profitability.
• Perform critical path analysis and implement workarounds for project completion.
• Coordinate proposals, budgets, and contract terms; monitor schedules and reports.
• Lead all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Direct work of engineers and administrative staff on projects.
