Job summary

The role demands 5–10+ years of supervisory and electrical panel experience, plus strong skills in reading schematics and BOMs. On-site work, with emphasis on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 5–10+ years of hands-on electrical control panel building.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.
• Associate degree in electro-mechanical technology preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Handy with hand and power tools, fabrication machinery, and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 5+ electro-mechanical assemblers wiring and building electrical control panels, cabinets, and machines.
• Plan and schedule assembly work around machine line balance and keep production tracking up to date.
• Hold the line on quality, completeness, and on-time delivery across your areas.
• Solve everyday electrical issues on the floor and work with our controls engineer to keep the red-line process clean.
• Push Lean, 5S, and Kaizen improvements across the team.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop your assemblers, including performance reviews.
