Qualifications

• Electricians license required; minimum of a Journeyman license.
• 3+ years of solar PV experience and hands-on leadership of install teams.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and manufacturer specs.
• Proficient in NEC electrical codes and field problem-solving.
• Strong communication and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct electrical teams on utility-scale solar and BESS projects on site.
• Plan, prepare, and execute construction activities with a focus on quality and schedule.
• Coordinate in-house and outsourced labor, material deliveries, and inventory.
• Provide field reports and monitor installation metrics and budget.
