CoVolt Power is seeking a Civil General Foreman to lead daily field crews on utility-scale solar, battery energy storage systems, and large infrastructure projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and schedules while maintaining safety and compliance.

This role reports to the Civil Superintendent and collaborates with the project management, quality, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience preferred.
• Previous Civil Foreman or General Foreman experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read civil drawings and schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with SWPPP compliance.
• Experience with Procore preferred.
• Knowledge of earthwork, grading, drainage, erosion control.

Responsabilités

• Supervise civil crews, foremen, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, materials.
• Oversee grading, earthwork, excavation, drainage, roads, erosion control.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental regulations.
• Monitor progress and address field issues.
• Maintain daily reports on work, labor, equipment utilization.
• Communicate progress and resource needs to project management.
• Promote safety culture and policy compliance.
