Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical projects in the Atlanta area. You will supervise Journeyman electricians, mentor apprentices, and ensure work meets NEC guidelines and project specs.

The role requires 7–10 years of electrical construction experience and a proven ability to plan manpower, read complex drawings, and coordinate with other trades on site. This position is based in Atlanta with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead and coach a crew of ~5 electricians.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and project documents.
• Knowledge of NEC guidelines and electrical codes.
• Effective communication with trades and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeymen, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Assist in meeting production and budget goals.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, conduits and panels as required.
• Read project drawings, blueprints and specs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and local regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades on site.
