Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician in Georgia to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians on commercial and industrial projects. You will oversee installation, wiring, and equipment, while mentoring the team and coordinating with supervision to meet project demands.

A strong background in electrical construction and the ability to read blueprints and schematics is required, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership abilities to guide a crew of ~5 workers.
• Ability to read and interpret project specs, drawings and schematics.
• Good communication with supervision and other trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job demands.
• Help achieve production and budget goals through effective team communication.
• Ensure work complies with local NEC guidelines.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, panels, and conductors.
• Read project specifications, blueprints and schematics.
• Lay out work from drawings, including underground layout.
• Troubleshoot lighting and general power circuits.
