Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site
• Work alongside crew ensuring quality meets high standards
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision
• Help achieve production and budget goals by coordinating with team
• Ensure all work complies with local and NEC guidelines
• Read and interpret project drawings and install conduit and devices
• Lay out small areas from electrical drawings and job docs
• Determine wire, conduit and box sizing accurately
• Troubleshoot lighting and general power circuits
