Qualifications

• Must possess Electrical Journeyman Certification or equivalent licensure.
• Have proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes.
• Must have previous experience in construction electrical installation.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the electrical technicians and apprentices.
• Responsible for creating materials list as relevant to assigned projects.
• Plan and organize daily tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute installations.
• Monitor project process and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing deviations from schedule or budget.
