Job summary

Prairie Band, LLC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings in the Albuquerque area. You will lead technicians, review blueprints, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with project managers and other trades.

The role requires journeyman certification, construction electrical experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Electrical journeyman certification or equivalent licensure required.
Experience in leadership or supervisory role within electrical industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes.
Construction electrical installation experience.
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
Must pass pre-employment tests (background and drug screen).
Willing to work extended and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and apprentices.
Create materials lists relevant to assigned projects.
Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and timelines.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and drawings to plan installations.
Monitor project progress and report deviations to stakeholders.
