Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Licensed Foreman I to supervise electrical installations and maintenance in commercial/industrial environments. The role requires advancing safety standards, meeting project milestones, and mentoring crew members across multiple sites.

The position involves 60-75% travel, a schedule from 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, and the ability to adapt to nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and supervise electrical crews in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong focus on safety, scheduling, and on-time project delivery.
• Capable of interpreting estimates and coordinating resources with PMs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations, troubleshoot, and maintain within commercial/industrial sites.
• Mentor and coach crew members; enforce safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Manage resources (tools, equipment, staff) to meet project goals and budgets.
• Read and understand project estimates with PM or superintendent support.
