Job summary

Cava Electric seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman for our Special Projects Division. You will lead a field crew on large-scale electrical installations, coordinating with supervision to meet schedules and ensure safety and quality.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage resources efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years as an Electrical Foreman with proven ability to drive production, sequencing, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as Electrical Foreman
• 2 years experience leading a crew of 10+ electricians in industrial environments
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and field productivity
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. safety and electrical regulations including OSHA, NEC, and NFPA 70E
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a crew of electricians and helpers while managing daily work assignments based on project needs
• Coordinate crew material, tool, and equipment needs with the Superintendent or General Foreman to support uninterrupted field operations
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence daily electrical work to meet project schedules and milestones
• Track daily crew timekeeping, labor hours, and material usage
• Mentor apprentices and electricians, supporting workforce development and performance improvement
• Provide clear direction on installation methods, productivity expectations, and safety requirements
• Coordinate crew work with other trades and field supervision on site
• Complete accurate daily reports, crew timekeeping, and progress documentation
