Job summary

MasTec is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to drive on-site electrical operations, planning, and hands-on oversight. You will ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery with exact specifications and coordinate with clients across varied project scales.

This role demands leadership, safety discipline, and strong communication under fast-paced conditions. You will supervise crews, manage subcontractors, and mentor team members while maintaining rigorous safety and reporting standards required on

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory role or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project-specific regulations.
• Ability to forecast and monitor project costs and schedules.
• Experience leading construction crews and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Manage two or more Leadmen, Foremen and Superintendent I, and up to 60+ employees.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate activities of multiple crews.
• Interact with client to keep the project on schedule and under budget.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead plans and maintain project documentation.
