Job summary

Amteck is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for a new construction project in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety on site.

You will read and interpret blueprints, coordinate materials, schedules, and mentor the team to meet project timelines and NEC standards. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead five-person crews and train helpers, apprentices and journeymen.
• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics and specs.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew performance on site and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate material lists and manpower schedules.
• Mentor and train Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers.
• Interpret project drawings and comply with NEC guidelines.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure jobsite safety.
