EdgeHill Integrated Systems is seeking an Electrical Field Superintendent to lead field management, ensuring plans, schedules, and quality meet project expectations. You will drive safety, coordination, and on-site leadership with subcontractors and the general contractor to deliver successful outcomes.
The role requires a solid electrical background, 5+ years of construction leadership, and a proactive, communicative approach to team management on active job sites.

By integrating these major building systems, EIS is able to improve communication, reduce coordination gaps, identify conflicts earlier, and create a more consistent approach from estimating through project closeout. Our focus is not only to perform individual trade scopes, but to understand how each system impacts the others in the field. Through shared planning, coordinated buyout, aligned scheduling, consistent QA/QC, and strong field leadership, EIS supports a more efficient construction process and helps deliver projects with better control, accountability, and predictability.
The Electrical Field Superintendent will lead field management responsibilities by utilizing construction fundamentals and EdgeHill Integrated Systems resources, standards, and processes. The superintendent will deliver projects according to their plans, schedules, quality expectations, specifications, with the right attitude, courtesy, and professionalism as it relates to their team, subcontractors and General contractors.
All activities will be performed in support of the values of EdgeHill Integrated Systems.
