Job summary

EdgeHill Integrated Systems seeks an Electrical Field Superintendent to lead field management on complex projects in the Richmond area. You will ensure plans, schedules, quality, and safety standards are followed, coordinating with electricians, mechanicals, and plumbing teams as well as General Contractors.

We value hands-on leadership, clear communication, and the ability to anticipate coordination issues, review drawings, and mentor junior staff on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead field management and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics with project teams and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and specs to stay ahead of RFIs and coordination issues.
• Assist in daily and progress reports and QA/QC walks.
• Support project startup and venture scheduling to maintain workflow.
• Lead the project through closeout and turnover to owner.
