Job summary

EdgeHill Integrated Systems is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from startup to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control. You will analyze bids, manage RFIs and submittals, and mentor team members to drive efficient field operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, with a focus on delivering predictable results and strong relationships across the project team.

Qualifications

• A.S. degree preferred, unless experience is high.
• Minimum 5 years in related construction roles.
• Proven team player and effective manager.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models safety as a core guiding principle
• Manages project startup, including obtaining permits and licenses
• Analyzes and scopes subcontractor/vendor bids
• Manages and oversees overall RFI process and tracking log
• Manages and oversees overall submittal process and tracking log
• Leads in development, planning, and updating of overall project schedule
• Prioritizes and expedites material deliveries according to project schedule requirements
• Co-leads internal coordination/schedule meetings with superintendent
• Manages COs and subcontractor CO Log
• Creates accurate financial project projections
• Works with SPM/PX to maximize profits & mitigate/resolve financial risks
• Assists superintendent with local AHJ inspection needs
• Manages overall closeout process
• Prioritizes and actively mentors and trains others
• Demonstrates adherence to EdgeHill policy and trains new team members
• Works with GC, subcontractors, consultants and clients to build relationships
