Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in the industry.
- PE or equivalent credential.
- Proven leadership in both technical design and project delivery.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsabilidades
- Lead multidisciplinary teams from planning through delivery
- Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and reporting
- Serve as Lead Engineer and/or Engineer of Record on complex projects
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to company standards, quality management, and continuous improvement
- Support business development through interviews and industry events
