Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for capital projects at multiple facilities. You will own wiring diagrams, schematics, and protection studies, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

You will mentor engineers, maintain design standards, and support commissioning while driving continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop/review/approve electrical system design documents (One/Three Line Diagrams, control schematics, wiring diagrams, arc flash, short circuit, voltage drop calculations, coordination studies).
• Develop scope of work for electrical AE firms and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Plan design tasks to meet budget and schedule; lead small to medium capital programs; mentor junior staff.
