Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead electrical design across capital projects and facility upgrades. You will direct design work, support outages, and drive standardization as SME for the electrical team.

The role involves mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, with exposure to international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design aspects of capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Electrical design support for planned outages and equipment troubleshooting requirements.
• Business development/expansion projects at various operating facilities.
• Lead, manage and execute multiple electrical projects/programs; act as SME and guardian of electrical design standards.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across stakeholders.
